Spot It.
Snap It.
Fix It.

Keeping our neighborhood safe and accessible starts with awareness.

Through our community survey, many residents shared concerns about potholes and damaged sidewalks across the district.

In response, the Neighborhood Council launched the
Spot It. Snap It. Fix It. campaign to help you all identify and report these issues more quickly.

If you see a pothole, broken sidewalk, or damaged street surface in the neighborhood, take a photo and upload it through the form below. Once submitted, the report will be documented and forwarded to the appropriate city department for review.

Your participation helps us identify problem areas and advocate for repairs more effectively.

How it works:

  1. Spot the issue

Notice a pothole or damaged sidewalk in your area.

  2. Snap a photo

Take a clear photo showing the issue and its location.

  3. Submit the report

Upload the image through the form below with the address or nearest intersection.

  4. We track and advocate

Let us know about potholes and sidewalks in our neighborhood that need repairing.
