Spot It.
Snap It.
Fix It.
Keeping our neighborhood safe and accessible starts with awareness.
Through our community survey, many residents shared concerns about potholes and damaged sidewalks across the district.
In response, the Neighborhood Council launched the “Spot It. Snap It. Fix It.” campaign to help you all identify and report these issues more quickly.
If you see a pothole, broken sidewalk, or damaged street surface in the neighborhood, take a photo and upload it through the form below. Once submitted, the report will be documented and forwarded to the appropriate city department for review.
Your participation helps us identify problem areas and advocate for repairs more effectively.
