Confused about all the jargon and acronyms you hear at the PLUM or stakeholder meetings, how buildings get approved, why you may not have heard about developments until late in the process, or why you may not have heard about them at all?
Most developments in our region are By-Right and need only notify residents within 500ft of the project. What does that mean? Attend a training to learn more! There are videos on community planning, local landmarks, specific terminology, and public participation.
